FCEMSAC Mission Statement
The mission of the First Coast Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council (FCEMSAC) is to maintain a safe and effective regional EMS system through leadership, oversight, facilitation and education for the citizens and community that we serve. We strive to provide a high-performance patient-centric health care system through improved resource utilization, expanded education, system development and collaboration to provide an efficient and effective regional emergency medical services delivery system.
